Megan Murtagh

Megan is a fully certified personal trainer, stretch specialist, and the owner of Bounce. She has enjoyed a fifteen year career in the fitness industry including personal training, fitness centre management, and business ownership. Currently she is certified by ACE fitness (see links), and continues her education with courses pertaining to postural, core, stretch, and strength training. The conception of Bounce was based on her observation of the inadequacy and ineptness of personal training, as well as the discomfort that most people experience in the commercial gym environment. Since 1994 Megan has worked primarily with clientele that have rehabilitative issues and has close relationships with Physiotherapists, Chiropractors and Massage Therapists located in the downtown area (see links).

I take great comfort, confidence, and honor in working with a team of professionals that give me specific, clinical information and advice about the issues my clients face, and how best to attain their goals.
